One of the best restaurants and pubs in the entire state of Utah is Porcupine Grill at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Long known to avid skiers and boarders, as the spot to stop at after a long day on the slopes. The view from this restaurant is glorious, not to mention the food.
