It is really hard in the west to find quality Indian food but strangely enough I have found it in Utah. There are two locations on the Wasatch front that compare to any Indian restaurant that I have had in the states.
I am pretty sure you don’t get more authentic food in this unless you are in the homeland. They also have great service and a good ambiance. If you are in the Beehive state, there is a lot of great food and this place is a definite stop while you are here.
